This conscience will enable your child to develop a calmer and more tolerant disposition to be able to interact with other kids.Gracie Jiu Jitsu and a mixture of Kickboxing,Wrestling and strength training will develop an emotional balance that is a important key to inner peace, harmony, leadership, responsibility, courage and other important moral values. Each class consists of physical exercises and self defense techniques.

GI-Fundamentals
The GI Fundamentals is the first level for adults (over the age of 16) beginning their Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training. Students will learn the fundamentals of BJJ and basic techniques. Class structure is formed around a warm-up, a lesson in technique and partner training to practice the technique from the lesson.Jiu-jitsu translates as “gentle or soft art”. The reason for this term is the jiu-jitsu’s underlying concept of using one’s strength and leverage in the most efficient way to overcome an opponent. The focus is on disabling (submitting) an opponent using technique and leverage, rather than brute strength. Utilizing this principle, a smaller person can defeat a stronger and larger opponent.

Submission Wrestling(no-gi)
This class is a combination of grappling styles.Submission Grappling is a new sport with a long history. The object is to submit your opponent using a variety of joint locks and chokes, or to win the match on points. Competitions in this sport resemble Brazilian Jiu-jitsu competitions, although competitors do not usually wear gis. This lack of gi increases the amount of speed and athleticism required, and it also limits the sweeping and submission options of the competitors.
Submission Grappling is mainly based on Brazilian Jiu-jitsu with a mixture of freestyle wrestling, sambo and judo.Just like the kickboxing program sparring is never forced upon any student. Also the sparring in submission grappling is with no striking allowed.
